PleaseNote:
due to large-scale production processes it is not possible to produce in precise piece-count quantities. Therefore we ask you to pay attention to the special conditions regarding over- and underdelivery:

10;000: -5% + 15% // 20,000: -15% + 5% // 40,000 and more: -10% + 10%

Is is not possible to deliver piece-count quantities. We are doing our utmost to realize the delivery quantities within the stated tolerances. In case that there will be an underdelivery more than the guaranteed tolerance, a production of the shortfall is not possible.
